Order cancellations must be requested via email prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Due to regulations concerning the sale of research products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect shipment or item(s) that differ from what you ordered, please contact us via email at support@aminoalchemy.com. We will arrange for a replacement of the correct items as quickly as possible.

Orders that are placed, paid, and processed before 12 noon PST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders submitted after 12 noon PST, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
