Refund Policy
Due to the delicate nature of our products and strict quality control protocols, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us at support@aminoalchemy.com and we will gladly assist you.
Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction with product quality, support, and timely delivery.
Order cancellations must be requested via email prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Replacements
Due to regulations concerning the sale of research products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect shipment or item(s) that differ from what you ordered, please contact us via email at support@aminoalchemy.com. We will arrange for a replacement of the correct items as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

- UPS
- FedEx Overnight
- FedEx Overnight with Signature Required
Orders that are placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 PM PST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM PST, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
