Independent, Batch-Specific Verification of All Amino Alchemy Peptides

At Amino Alchemy, we prioritize scientific rigour and transparency. Every batch is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory and issued a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) that you can view and verify.

Purity Testing

Every product undergoes HPLC-UV/VIS chromatographic purity analysis with publication-grade chromatograms, confirming compound concentration and flagging any impurities. Assay results are reported in mg to verify delivered quantity against labeled amount.

Heavy Metals Testing

All batches are screened via ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) for the four primary toxic metals: Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead, and Mercury — with detection limits as low as 0.005 ppm.

Sterility Testing

Each batch is tested for microbial contamination using established sterility methods, verifying no growth is detected and that compounds meet the standards required for research-grade handling.

Endotoxins Testing

Endotoxin levels are quantified using the LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) assay — the industry gold standard for endotoxin detection — with a Pass/Fail threshold set at <5.00 EU/mg.

A Note on Our Testing Laboratory

We are currently transitioning our third-party testing from Janoshik Analytical to Vanguard Laboratory. Janoshik has been an excellent partner and their analytical work has been instrumental in building the transparency our customers expect. We are making this change because Vanguard Laboratory is U.S.-based and holds an A2LA-accredited quality management system operating under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — a internationally recognized standard that further strengthens the credibility of our COAs and streamlines our domestic operations. During the transition period, COAs may reflect either laboratory depending on the batch.

We partner with accredited independent analytical laboratories that provide rigorous, verifiable testing. Vanguard Laboratory (Olympia, WA) was selected for our ongoing testing program because they offer:
